Mini Cinnamon Rolls!

They were a perfect Saturday morning breakfast! I found the orginal recipe on Iowa Girl Eats found here: http://iowagirleats.com/2011/11/23/8-minute-mini-cinnamon-rolls/ . There are step by step pictures. Thanks Kristen for a great recipe!! The next batch I make I will try to roll them tighter so they rise more in the center like those in Kristen's post. I also used cream cheese icing instead of maple icing.
